Returning the car was also very convenient; just pay attention to the signs inside the airport to locate the rental car return area. It's recommended to purchase full insurance directly from the rental company to avoid disputes.

They assigned a Fiat, which is quite spacious and decent overall. The rental process was straightforward; I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out to be simple—just go, complete a quick procedure, pay, and pick up the car. During pickup, they gave a brief explanation of the car's condition, which was fine, but as a first-time renter, a more detailed introduction would have been helpful. However, I figured things out on my own later.

When I arrived at the store, the car I had reserved was unavailable. They offered me two options: either pay an extra 500 euros to rent a sedan or add nearly 1000 euros for a larger BMW X5. Since my reservation pick-up time had passed, refunds were not allowed. Ultimately, I had to pay three times the original price to rent a car. The service attitude was terrible, the pick-up process was slow, and their stance was basically 'either pay more or forfeit the prepayment.' I've had over ten years of car rental experience across many countries, but this was my first time booking through Zuzuche, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.

The Alamo staff were enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Miguel at the parking lot had a great attitude when I returned the car, and the young lady at the parking lot during pickup was also very friendly and patiently addressed my inquiries.

First of all, the pick-up location was different from what was stated online. They had moved to a new place but didn’t update the information online in time, which caused some extra effort to find the store. Additionally, since it was a one-way rental, the drop-off location in the designated area wasn’t clearly marked, leading to more time spent finding the staff to complete the return process.

The car return day coincided with the Paris Marathon, leading to traffic restrictions in the city center. I was unable to contact the rental store, and even after reaching out to the rental company’s customer service, they couldn’t connect me to the store. They advised me to use the self-return service and said the issue would be addressed later. Ultimately, the car return was delayed by over three hours. When explaining the situation to the staff handling returns, he assured me that there would be no late fees due to the road closures. However, additional charges for one extra day were still applied in the end. This is dishonest!

This was the worst service attitude I've ever encountered. The explanation was unclear, insurance was aggressively upsold, and charges were repeatedly applied even after fees had already been collected. What was even more unacceptable is that they charged me a pre-authorization fee of €437.4 for the lowest-class vehicle.

I requested a fuel-powered car but was given an electric car. They said only electric cars were available, no other choice.

I booked a Volvo but they didn't give it to me. I even saw one in the garage, but they made various excuses and gave me a similar model instead.

The experience this time was excellent! I've been using QEEQ for many years and have never encountered any issues. For this business trip, I chose to pick up the car at the train station and return it at the airport. The entire process was very smooth. Driving in Paris is indeed challenging, but I didn't face any major problems. Remember to park in secure lots with proper security for safety! The most surprising part was that the car rental company provided a Lexus RX450, and it was a pleasure to drive. Fuel costs for the two days were only around 30 euros, with a driving distance of roughly 100 kilometers.

After the order ended, the entire 300 EUR deposit was taken, plus an additional 152 EUR. The language barrier made it difficult to understand why so much was deducted.

Renting a car at Toulouse Airport terminal is very convenient. The front desk staff are very friendly and informative. Here are two small suggestions: 1. Booking in advance is much cheaper. 2. Pay attention to the road signs when returning the car, follow the guidance and avoid going the wrong way.

We were sold snow chains at the counter which we were told were required by law. If this is the case they should be included in the rental? Were also quite pricey at 100 euros extra

This rental company is terrible. The worst thing about them is their sneaky behavior of adding extra fees without notifying customers and then denying it every time. During this rental experience, I opted for unlimited mileage, but at drop-off, they charged me over 2000 euros for exceeding the mileage limit. Terrible company. This is my second complaint about this company, and there will be a third and fourth—I will publish all of them.
