Car pick up was smooth. Car condition was good. Car performance was not good. Air conditioning was not working properly. Car pickup was low . On hilly upslope roads car had no energy .

The price of 200 RMB per day is the first time I got a car that has already driven 137,000 kilometers! The condition of the car was terrible. On the highway, it couldn't accelerate to 80 km/h, and with the air conditioner on, it couldn't speed up at all. On the slightly uphill road to Patong, it couldn't go over 20 km/h! A long line of cars was stuck behind, which was very embarrassing and dangerous as the slow speed forced the cars behind to keep changing lanes and overtake. Additionally, because this car was very old, even after refueling to full before returning it, the fuel gauge only showed less than two-thirds full. The nearest gas station to the airport return point was less than 1.8 km away but it took a long time to communicate with the staff. Although they believed the fuel was full after verifying the receipt and refueling time, this situation undeniably caused me trouble! Moreover, the staff at the rental company was not very capable. I arrived at the rental office at around 11 PM and spent 20 minutes waiting. They couldn't find my order even after checking my passport in the system. Then, another employee suddenly found my printed order with my name on it on the desk, right in front of them! Overall, this car rental experience was extremely poor!

I always believed that Thai people are kind because of their beliefs. From car pickup, dealing with police fines, to charging 1600 baht for half a tank of fuel during car exchange, including the platform's handling, I will never use Zuzuche again and will advise others to be cautious!

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient with no extra charges. When I picked up the car, they just asked if I wanted full insurance and even offered a discount. When I said no, they didn't insist. Before returning the car, I made a call, and by the time I reached the airport, someone was already waiting for me. The return process took just two minutes, which was fast and convenient.

In 2019, I rented a car in Phuket with my family. It was great, just make sure to check the car carefully during inspection. Any small scratches should be noted by the staff. The experience was pretty good. I rented the car in downtown Phuket and returned it at the airport. The staff barely looked at the car when I returned it, making the process very smooth. Now it's 2024, and I'm planning to go to Kuala Lumpur and rent a car again. I was surprised to see a reminder of my 2019 review. Well, if the experience wasn't good, I wouldn't think of renting again. Support QEEQ, keep up the good work! Grow stronger and bigger! Make it easier for us to rent and return cars.

The pick-up process didn't involve much service. They handed over the key without much explanation, so I had to figure out the car's features myself. The car's condition was average. When returning the car, there was a delay due to an accident, but they didn't make it difficult and even joked around a bit.

Not so convenient to pick up car if tou are from international airport as it needs to pick up at domestic airport and go thru several unnecessary baggages check again, baby car seat is not clean but car is new and in good condition and staffs are all friendly
