First, I reserved three days through the app paying 500 yuan. Upon arrival at the store, I upgraded to full insurance which cost almost 100 yuan per day, totaling 300 yuan. Additionally, since the person paying and the driver were not the same, there was an extra handling fee of 120 yuan. The overall cost was 920 yuan for 3 days, averaging 307 yuan per day. Then I asked customer service and they said the upgrade could not waive the basic insurance. Yes, I am that fool. I won't rent from here again; it's too expensive. It's much cheaper to rent directly from the corresponding rental company.
I got a larger car then booked, and had a lot of space. the car itself was well used and had lots of damage and since I picked it up late night I couldn't see all of it in the dark, so I was a bit nervous what would happen at drop off, but staff was easy and swift and no issues.
Better information about location of pick-up area is highly appreciated.
You should even inform that it is difficult to find petrol station close to the airport.
