It was okay! What I was unhappy about is that I was supposed to pick up the car at 16:30, but I didn't get it until 17:30! After registering, the car was not parked in the parking lot. I had to wait for the staff to drive it over, which took about half an hour!
The car was in terrible condition; the exterior was bad enough, but the seats were filthy and worn out. The car kept shaking and making creaking noises while driving. Most importantly, the entire car was infested with ants. I placed my packaged pizza in the trunk, and by the time I got home, it was swarming with ants. You can't imagine how many ants there were. I highly recommend avoiding this rental company.
After finishing the car rental paperwork, no one guided me to pick up the car. They just gave verbal directions which were hard to follow. I had to ask several people before finding it. The pickup location was a temporary stop without any specific signage, making it difficult to locate. I was not satisfied with this. Clearly, there were two staff members available; why couldn't they take a few minutes to guide the customers?
Service was mediocre, did not explain fuel type in detail, and was less informative compared to the last Yes Car Rental experience.
