The price of 200 RMB per day is the first time I got a car that has already driven 137,000 kilometers! The condition of the car was terrible. On the highway, it couldn't accelerate to 80 km/h, and with the air conditioner on, it couldn't speed up at all. On the slightly uphill road to Patong, it couldn't go over 20 km/h! A long line of cars was stuck behind, which was very embarrassing and dangerous as the slow speed forced the cars behind to keep changing lanes and overtake.
Additionally, because this car was very old, even after refueling to full before returning it, the fuel gauge only showed less than two-thirds full. The nearest gas station to the airport return point was less than 1.8 km away but it took a long time to communicate with the staff. Although they believed the fuel was full after verifying the receipt and refueling time, this situation undeniably caused me trouble!
Moreover, the staff at the rental company was not very capable. I arrived at the rental office at around 11 PM and spent 20 minutes waiting. They couldn't find my order even after checking my passport in the system. Then, another employee suddenly found my printed order with my name on it on the desk, right in front of them!
Overall, this car rental experience was extremely poor!
The car provided was different from the one booked, with scratches on the body and damaged wheel covers. They said there were no other cars available when I asked for a replacement. The engine was powerless on uphill turns. It was a bad car rental experience.
The whole process was easy and straightforward, however, they did offer me the upgraded Super Collision Damage Waiver which meant I had no responsibility for any damage to the car and no excess, but then I still had to pay £225 deposit which I didn't understand. I'm still waiting for this amount to be returned.

Very good, except the only email I got was titled 'confirmation of you booking cancellation' fortunately EuropCar had all the details.
Car pick up was smooth. Car condition was good. Car performance was not good. Air conditioning was not working properly. Car pickup was low . On hilly upslope roads car had no energy .
The order did not match the reservation made on the rental site, not sure if it's a discrepancy between the rental platform and the car rental company.

The car provided to us was damaged but still we accepted it since we were in hurry, and I even made video of it, later on while returning they charged me for the damages which I didn't do and deducted from the deposit.
Staff was terrible and she even lied to their supervisor right in front of us that I damaged the car. They charged extra as a service charge as well which was nowhere mentioned.
