The car's condition was quite average. The front windshield had adhesive marks left after removing a film, making it very blurry and hard to clean, which affected visibility. The front desk tends to upsell insurance. If there are other rental companies available, it's better to avoid this one.

The vehicle conditions were generally quite old. The rental company provided an older car, which struggled to climb the hills in Phuket. Previously, I rented from another company where the car was newer and in better condition.
