Car Pick-up Instructions: The KLIA 2 branch is located at Counter 6 inside the airport terminal building (ASIA CAR). To pick up your rental car, head to the airport counter following the signs for Asia Car. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2. Walk straight to Gate 2 where you'll find a Family Mart convenience store. Take the escalator down to Level 1 and follow the signs to the car rental counter. Please ensure you are picking up your car from the correct location, either KLIA 1 or KLIA 2. Our staff will assist you with your reservation. There is a 10km distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. We have rental counters in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for your convenience. Make sure your flight arrives at the same terminal as the car pick-up counter. For car pick-up outside normal business hours, please contact the branch in advance. An additional fee of MYR80 will be charged from 22:00 to 23:59, and MYR150 from 00:00 to 07:59. When returning the car, their designated parking spots were full. I sent messages and made phone calls, but no one replied. Feeling helpless, I had to park on the upper level. Then, I walked to their office at the airport, but there was no one there either, so I had to leave the car key in their drop-off box. Three hours later, they sent a message asking why I parked on the second floor, claiming that parking there incurs extra charges and they would deduct the fee from me. I was extremely upset because no one responded when I tried to reach them, and there was no staff at the reception. If they had addressed the issue earlier, the parking fee could have been avoided.

I found out that picking up the car after 5 PM incurs a charge of 150 MYR. I was only 5 minutes late, at 5:05 PM, but they still insisted on charging me. I feel extremely angry. Firstly, I was just 5 minutes late. Secondly, the fee is very unreasonable. It feels like they are trying to make money off situations like this.

Very good! T1 car rental company is the only one with a guest lounge where you can sit in air conditioning while waiting for paperwork to be processed. I arrived at T1 but mistakenly set my pickup location to T2. The staff at T1 directly handled it for me and even upgraded me to a Mitsubishi Outlander. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly.

I think the car condition could have been a little better, especially the sun bathing car. The windshield wiper was in a really bad condition. But overall it was all okay. It would have been better if the counters were open for a long period of time.

The fuel tank had 8 bars of fuel, but only 3 bars were provided. They asked the customer to refill the 3 bars. We have never encountered this before. Why not provide a full tank of fuel? How can a customer refill exactly 3 bars?

There’s a counter for the same brand at T2, so I don’t understand why we have to go to T1. Even if going to T1 is necessary, the pickup instructions only consider T1 arrivals and don’t account for transferring from T2 to T1. I had to ask airport staff to figure it out myself.

The car was dirty and in poor condition, shaking at speeds over 100 km/h. It was an Indian-operated rental shop. In Malaysia, Indian-operated shops are often not clean. This was the worst rental experience I've ever had overseas. The deposit was supposed to be refunded in three days after returning the car, but nothing happened even after a week.

Overall, it's okay, not much hassle. However, the car was indeed quite old, comparable to a 2010 Geely Jingang worth around 50,000 yuan in China. Various warning lights came on during the trip, but fortunately, they didn't impact the journey.

The rental office is located in the city, far from the airport, even though I specifically searched for a company that provided airport pickup. I feel deceived. After driving 50 kilometers, the car broke down and disrupted my trip. The car was not properly maintained before being given to customers, posing a risk to life! I feel deceived again.

There was no service counter at the store, and they didn't inform us about the pickup location in advance. The car didn't automatically disconnect the power after turning off, causing the battery to drain and the car couldn't start. The delay in handling this caused us to waste half a day. Additionally, the car's brakes were not sensitive.

Pickup counter is located at KLIA Terminal 1, but it was not clear on the Voucher. We had to figure out after reaching there that we need to travel to T1 using bus to pick-up. Took ~25-30mins to reach, and another 25-30mins for car pickup. The car provided was old, didnt have Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

The rental was through Hertz. There was a bit of a wait because someone else was picking up a car when I arrived. I picked up the car on January 24th, two days after my birthday on January 22nd, and Hertz had prepared a birthday gift, which was very thoughtful. January 24th was also Chinese New Year's Eve, and Hertz had a New Year gift prepared, which was very considerate. The service staff were excellent.

I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. However, when we arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at around 10 PM on February 5th, the rental company told us that there were no cars available. We were nine people, including elderly and children, with a lot of luggage. Can you imagine how I felt at that moment? The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review. Fine, I'll randomly choose one, but you did not fulfill your contract. I reserve the right to further appeal and expose this issue online!
