Due to a flight delay of three hours, my scheduled 12:45 AM flight arrived at Klia2 around 4 AM. After a 15-minute phone call, they contacted me and immediately picked me up to the company's location at Klia1.
We scheduled to pick up the car at 8:00 AM, but didn't see any staff until 9:40 AM. We got the car and completed the inspection at 10:12 AM, waiting like fools for nearly 2 hours. When the tire burst on the highway, we asked the staff on WeChat for a solution, but they were uncooperative and told us to contact someone else. The problem was that the contact number they gave us didn't work! Finally, we had to contact the customer service of the rental platform. The only good thing was that the car was relatively new.

The car wasnt ready to pick up at the airport, instead, a staff drove to meet and take us to the airport car park nearby (abt 5 mins ride) for car pick up. It would be much better if they can arrange to pick up the car right at the airport. The staffs were nice and helpful though.
