I booked a car with boot since i have few large bags, however i just received smaller car without boot. We were struggling to fit in all of our bags and really put us in cramp space. Need to placed some bags on car seat. Since i am travelling with small kids, i need to take risk of my kids safety. Since we have no option available and considering my kids were tired from long haul flight, i had no choice.

Very friendly staff and very easy to pick up and drop off. I also called them to check fuel type and they were very helpful and knew the car well when I couldn't find the lever to open the fuel cap.

The pick-up and drop-off location is quite hard to find.

No real service, and the car is very old.

No Chinese service; you need to go to P Car Park 2nd floor by yourself to pick up the car. Service speed is average.

Initially, no one answered our calls. Later, we had to take a Grab from K2 to K1, where they said we were late and wanted to charge a waiting fee. When returning the car, we contacted them an hour in advance, and called again as we were approaching, fearing we'd miss our flight if there were any delays. The return process was fairly smooth.

The location rental firm is inside a payable multi_story car park building, it is so hard to find and drop down a car.

There wasn't a clear drop-off map, which caused a lot of trouble.

1. The car pickup process is simple but requires understanding English communication, 2. Very thoughtful service, they provided a highway toll card when picking up the car. 3. The address is at the car park on the 1st floor opposite Terminal 1, easy to spot the sign. 4. Returning the car is even simpler; the staff just walked around the car to check and it was done. 5. From Terminal 2, there is a shuttle bus to take you there. 6. Remember to leave some extra time for check-in!

Very convenient

The price is too expensive, exceeding the local market rate! The car I booked and the car I received were completely different!

Like: I got what I expected
Dislike: the car was not new, it had 130K milage but well maintained. help covered only car not working. I had a flat tiered, that I had to fix myself.
