All I would say is make it clear tonew people renting that they have to drop off at the pick up point .. your literature implies you deliver back to the airport and then call for the shuttle ... this is not the case ... other than that you are great .
I presented full insurance for excess and yet was still obliged to block 1500 from my credit card. In other rentals I have not had to block this which is one reason that I have taken out that insurance. I was not pleased.
When dropping off the car I waited 40 mins for the shuttle bus to take me to the terminal. I and two other clients had to ask 3 times for the staff to ring the shuttle and chase it up. The staff were helpful but you really need to have a better relationship with your shuttle bus provider. It is very stressful to be waiting 40 mins for the shuttle when you have a plane to catch.

I’m still not sure what’s happened but I was informed by the rental agent and the car washer that I needed to pay them £135.00 to fix a chip on the windscreen, which I disputed. They wouldn’t let me leave the building until I paid. I explained that they had my details, they should write to me with evidence of any damage but they intimidated me into paying and actually said they wouldn’t let me leave until I had paid! I’ve made a customer service complaint and sent a picture of the clear windscreen. If it’s not resolved through the complaints process, I’ll move to a letter before action.

Brand new car in great condition. If I were to rent from them again I would phone for pick up at Birmingham Airport as soon as I was leaving the plane as the only draw back was that we waited 25 mins to be collected. That meant that the kids were cold and restless so started running around. This is not a safe combination in a car park. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I was travelling alone or with just adults. Staff were very friendly and all was explained well.
Totally ripped off. On return, they pointed to tiny (2-3mm) stonechip in the windscreen and charged £135 for damage, despite my insistence that this hadn't happened during my rental. On returning home I was able to view the original condition report in better light and could see this chip was actually already marked on the sheet. But despite sending them proof of this, they refused to refund the damage charge.
I can only conclude that they are purposely operating a business model based on insurance fraud and ripping off customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Extremely helpful staff. Good courtesy bus to the location and back again. Very friendly. Item was misplaced in the car and they ensured it was returned safely.
More staff at the counter (there was only one person) would have shortened the wait. A street address would have helped the sat nav find the drop off location. £1800 hold on my credit card for up to 28 days is excessive and will stop me from using this company again

We waited 25mins at the airport to be collected which is a little longer than expected, the office seemed under staffed as staff were running around dealing with lots of customers at once. There was hardly any petrol in the car in collection, just one bar, it would have been helpful if it was full and we could return full.

The reason I wanted to hire a car was I needed more boot space for luggage as my car is to small. I wanted a estate car and that’s what I thought I was getting, but after I’d payed I was given a 2008 Which wasn’t big enough.

I booked a compact car and no compact cars where available, so instead of giving me an upgrade they downgraded me to a smaller car. The attendant who Checked me out wasn’t friendly and he didn’t even apologize for Downgrading me and giving me a car cheaper than what I paid for
