The reason I wanted to hire a car was I needed more boot space for luggage as my car is to small. I wanted a estate car and that’s what I thought I was getting, but after I’d payed I was given a 2008 Which wasn’t big enough.

I booked a compact car and no compact cars where available, so instead of giving me an upgrade they downgraded me to a smaller car. The attendant who Checked me out wasn’t friendly and he didn’t even apologize for Downgrading me and giving me a car cheaper than what I paid for
Like: Nice new vehicle Dislike: I booked a 7 passenger vehicle but was given a 5 passenger vehicle which made my plans difficult. Thanks
