The service is very flexible. We picked up the car in The Hague and returned it at Schiphol Airport. The rental period is calculated based on the actual pickup time.

Pickup was convenient, completed in 5 minutes, and the vehicle was very new.

Great car, brand new, great service. Servica can be a bit slow. Hours are limited for this branch and parking is payed most evenings. I still rent here often.

Check in was fast even with quite a few customers waiting. Car was absolutely spotless and pretty much brand new. Busget is easy to find in the airport and pick up location is easy to find too.

It was actually Avis staff doing the rental for budget, but anyways everything went smoothly, when we finished with the documents we already had the car waiting for us so we could hit the road

The service at the store was excellent.

They couldn't provide the Volvo XC60 automatic I reserved and kept asking me to accept another brand's automatic car or a small car with insufficient luggage space. They only kept saying sorry, and communicating through the rental platform did not resolve it. We spent two hours negotiating at the parking lot with two adults and two children. In the end, due to our insistence, we still had to downgrade to another brand but got a promise for a refund of the price difference and no need to refill the tank upon return.

Very satisfied, the vehicle is very new, it's a Lynk & Co 01. The driving experience is excellent.

Cars could be better clean at a pick up. Also waiting time at Schiphol could be improved by having more counters at such busy rental place.

Counter staff was very good but perhaps you could have a person who can chat with you about the vehicle you are picking up before you pick it up. Plus accessing your drop-off garage through and off the tunnels is a nightmare.

Booked a car from Budget, but at the location, Budget and Avis share the same counter. The car we got had the Avis logo. It was actually a hybrid Toyota Yaris, very new with only 2,000 kilometers on it and fuel-efficient. The car was equipped with CarPlay, making it easy to connect the phone for music and Google Maps navigation.
