GREEN MOTION CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN NETHERLANDS

The first night I arrived late and the store was already closed, so I had to go again the next day, wasting a day's hotel accommodation.

Poor service, deposit not refunded within the promised time frame, I have no idea about the current status.

Like: Car was nice and new. Shuttle back was fluent. Good price and quality ratio.
Dislike: Shuttle stop could be explained more clearly. Could not find picking up location.

The attitude was very casual, kept promoting insurance and add-ons without properly introducing the car's condition. Places requiring marks were not clearly indicated.

The efficiency at the pick-up and drop-off points is somewhat low. Although the rental fee itself is cheap, there are additional charges for car wash when returning the car and for crossing borders from the Netherlands to Belgium and from the Netherlands to Germany, which are not insignificant (smaller rental companies can indeed be quite tricky).

Like: I like the car! First i minimizez ITS utility!
Dislike: I found the shutle bus with dificulty!

Poor service attitude. Charged extra fees for a half-hour delay in picking up the car, which was unreasonable.

Great, but it's a bit inconvenient since it's not located inside the airport.

Received a brand new car, convenient traffic, close to gas station.

Like: They substituted a Toyota Yaris Hybrid with everything you might want including a GPS.
Dislike: No problems, would rent again and recommend to anybody.

The staff were friendly and the car was in new condition.

The staff at the car rental company was incredibly handsome, professional, polite, and sophisticated. Even after two years, I still remember him! The cars at this company are quite new, mostly hybrids, making it highly recommendable! I was fortunate enough to rent a seven-seater Prius, which is not available in my country. The car was in excellent condition! Additionally, it came with a Swiss toll pass, which made the trip even more fantastic. I was reluctant to return the car because I got so attached to it!

Like: The rep was super friendly and welcoming. Very helpful as well and understanding. We explain our situation and she gave us a clear explanation of the charges and suggested some of our option for rent. The location is not exactly at the airport. You have to take a free shuttle bus to get to the location of the vendor. Tried calling when we arrive at Schiphol and no answer, BUT, she apologize because it was a busy day and were not able to answer the phone. When we were there, there were a lot of customers as well so we understood. Overall, she treat us very nicely and did apologize for not answering the call. So there is absolutely no issue here.
Dislike: No detailed instruction for the tourist. Please state that we have to take a bus to get to the location. If you have this in the confirmation email, im sure no other customer will go around IN the airport looking for the "vendor name" booth. In my case, vendor name is Green Motion. Thanks
