Lovely car, better than expected, good help and service

Car was dirty inside and out

Mileage of the car is very high, 75,000km plus, but the car condition is excellent. The GPS is very poor, it needs a lot of local language to find the destination. The screen is also horrible.

Procedure to pick-up the car was not updated. Nobody answered to my several phone calls. After 1 hour, I had to call a cab (extra cost EUR 22 !!)

The car rental itself was great

Had booked Ford Focus and got Citron C4 which was smaller as such we faced problem with the luggage space. Thought the staff could have been more supportive in allocating a bigger car since the car we booked was not available. The pick-up location is to mins by shuttle. its a Hassle to carry your luggage up to the car pick-up location.

Be clearer about deposit

The car exceeded my expectations. The people there are all friendly and professional. The pick up and drop off took a bit more time than an in airport rental but at LAX or other places, you still need to get on a bus and get to the location. Just make sure you have sufficient time on drop off because there can be traffic to the airport.

QEEQ saved the day. I made a wrong booking and so cancelation was easy and I quickly rebooked. smooth.

Took over an hour to get served and no signs to the cabin from the bus drop off

Your office is difficult to find and the shuttle bus didn’t turn up on our return meaning we almost missed our flight.

They don't answer my calls, call them 7 x.
