The service is excellent.

They promised to change the car the next day but their attitude was extremely rude and provided no explanation. If they had told me on the day of pickup that they didn't have the model I wanted, I would have just left. Why make a promise if you can't keep it? On the second day, their attitude was even worse.

Found it a very pleasant experience dealing with Alamo. Picked up the car up from Sonia thank you for the customer service. Would highly recommend.

I think the service is really good. However, if it's your first time renting, be sure to ask clearly about the pickup and drop-off procedures.

Waited in line for half an hour only to find out the reserved car model was not available. Couldn't get a refund, had to settle for a manual transmission car.

Overall very satisfied! The staff were very friendly, and when picking up the car, they just asked if I needed additional insurance without any hard sell or hassle. The return instructions were clear, and the receiving staff were very enthusiastic and friendly.

Overall, this is one of the better car rental companies in Barcelona. The location is easy to find, and the cars are relatively new, like a 2023 Mini. The staff recommended an upgrade, but it was very cheap, only 10 euros per day, and there was no pressure. They only asked about insurance once, so the whole process was very smooth. The only issue was that their customer service phone number couldn't be reached. For late-night returns, you can just use self-return.

QEEQ es una plataforma que utilizo seguido, muy fácil y práctica. Sobretodo cuando disminuyeron el precio! Volveré a utilizarla. Conviene fijarse si el alquiler es con una empresa cuyo mostrador esté en la misma terminal del aeropuerto o si es remota. Para saber qué esperar y tiempos de recogida y devolución.

The car was in perfect condition and it drove very nicely. It also had very low gas consumption, which we really appreciated.

I was disappointed that the car didn’t have a rear camera so it was difficult on the reverse, Also the CarPlay didn’t work.
