Ich habe lange am Schalter gewartet Ich hatte VW Passat gewählt, leider war kein anderes VW Fahrzeug verfügbar. Ich bin mit dem angebotenen Fahrzeug nicht gut zurecht gekommen.

Very good counter customer service at airport; For a reasonable charge upgrade to Golf automatic turned out to be a good choice.

It was very smooth service when picking up the car, they even upgraded to a better one at that moment. Guy who worked there at reception was super helpful, suggested on better insurance for us and gave his card if something would happened or any troubles would occur.

when we got to the Alamo desk, she told us that there are no car for 7 people she offered to give us a car for 9 but we didn't need a car this big but we had to take it, and we paid 250€ deposit, they didn't give us the deposit back till now. Also when we went to give the car back we went to the address they gave us, we waited almost for half an hour and then they called us and informed us we should be in another place , we went there , we gave back the car , they checked it outisde and inside and they said everything is fine. next day I notice they took 1250€ from my credit card and when we calles them they calimed that we had a car accident with the car although we did not and they checked it. and till now I still didn't get my 250€ back from them.

Like: Hassle free services from Alamo and good offers given. Best way to enjoy holiday is to rent a car from Alamo Enterprise. Good rate and excellent services

Service was quite good. We arrived late and had to change the car. Both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly.

The car rental service at Düsseldorf Airport was decent. The lady at the front desk was a fellow alumna from Dortmund University. The Ford Mondeo estate they provided was great, but they charged me an extra 30 euros for the one-way rental. I had asked QEEQ and they said it was included, but the front desk said it showed up in their system. Since I was in a hurry with kids and elderly family members, I didn't pay much attention.

The service is standard. They keep recommending the CDW waiver and their own insurance during car pickup; just refuse it.

Very professional attitude!

Due to language barriers, the staff arranged for a return with an empty tank. When I returned the car, the tank had extra fuel and I was charged. It's unreasonable to expect anyone to guarantee an empty tank upon return! The extra fuel wasn't refunded; this feels like an indirect way to take advantage of renters. It feels like a trap.
