Due to language barriers, the staff arranged for a return with an empty tank. When I returned the car, the tank had extra fuel and I was charged. It's unreasonable to expect anyone to guarantee an empty tank upon return! The extra fuel wasn't refunded; this feels like an indirect way to take advantage of renters. It feels like a trap.

The service was acceptable, but they promised an automatic car and gave me a manual instead.

Only a driver's license is needed, no translation required.
