Very satisfied. Arrived 2 hours early, the MG car wasn't available, didn't want to wait, so paid extra to switch to a Steyr (this model is not listed on QEEQ). The car was in good condition. There were a few scratches when picking it up, but I just took some photos and didn't inspect it closely. I was a bit worried about problems when returning the car, but fortunately, the staff confirmed the damages were old, and they accepted the return smoothly. EUROPCAR is still pretty good.

I booked a compact car, a Peugeot 208, which should be of similar level, but I was given a microcar Fiat Panda. My goodness, it was hard to fit our luggage. My child and the luggage were cramped in the back for the whole trip.
