Pick-up Instructions

The ACE - Amsterdam Schiphol Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

You can arrive of ACE - Amsterdam Schiphol Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

After collecting the luggage, customers have to follow the directions to HOTEL SHUTTLE and go to Busstop nr. C13 (scheduled times every half an hour, branch located 7 minutes away) which goes to CORENDON Village Hotel / GOLDCAR branch. Once there, customers have to follow directions to the GOLDCAR office located on the parking premises next to the Corendon URBAN Hotel. For any questions, help or requests for the scheduled Shuttle times, the customer can call our office.

Drop-off Instructions

The vehicles can be returned out of the opening times, cars can be left at our car park next to our branch (NOT the airport car park) and hand over the keys at the Corendon URBAN Hotel reception desk. Although out of the opening times there will be a limited shuttle bus to take customers to the airport at limited scheduled times.

Mileage of the car is very high, 75,000km plus, but the car condition is excellent. The GPS is very poor, it needs a lot of local language to find the destination. The screen is also horrible.

Had booked Ford Focus and got Citron C4 which was smaller as such we faced problem with the luggage space. Thought the staff could have been more supportive in allocating a bigger car since the car we booked was not available. The pick-up location is to mins by shuttle. its a Hassle to carry your luggage up to the car pick-up location.
