We were told that our US auto insurance did not cover the rental and were required to buy the Discount auto policy. The windshield developed a crack which I reported to their staff. We were told that the policy did not cover windshields and tires and that there would be an additional $500 fee.

We had a terrible experience with ur company. It took over an hour at the counter for the employees to complete the paperwork. We were charged extra for insurance, which we didn’t need as I verified insurance I had covered me in Canada. When we went to return the car they accused me of putting a hole in the back bumper. It took over 45 minutes to convince them I did not do it. They spent a lot of time checking on the computer to see if that car had damage... they could not find it. It was noted on my inspection report, however it was vague and the employees said that was for another area of the bumper... little did they know we had taken a picture of the damage when we picked up the car... it was dated and time stamped... that shut them up. I will never rent from your company again. I have the employees names if you want to document any of this information.
I chose this store because it was cheap, but had to wait a long time for the shuttle. The driving distance was over ten kilometers, and the return address was incorrect. I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee but never received that model. Instead, previous renters either got a minivan or, like us, a Toyota seven-seater, which was front-wheel drive. After three hours of negotiation, the store clearly said they didn't have any Jeep models. Observing the car returns and the parking lot confirmed there were no Jeeps. The manager lacked integrity. We just wanted a four-wheel-drive off-road vehicle, but they claimed no vehicles were available and asked us to come back tomorrow. However, several foreign customers after us received a Dodge.
Wait time for pick up from airport was far too long, company wouldn’t answer phone so shuttle bus never came, waited for over 1hr before eventually sending a bus not big enough to fit everyone who was waiting
Waited for half an hour to pick up the car. The receptionist with an Indian accent was unhelpful. They also didn't specify all the charges and overcharged by 270 CAD.
I had to wait for two hours before getting the car. The process was too slow. I reserved an SUV but got a minivan instead. The vehicle type was completely different.
The store had only one employee handling business, resulting in a wait time of over half an hour. The employee's service attitude was arrogant. We had reserved a sedan, but the store provided a small truck, claiming it was an 'equivalent model.' We questioned this on the spot, only then did they offer a 10% discount on the rental fee. When refused, their service attitude became very impatient.
