Very reliable company. When the car battery died, they provided free jump-start service.

The waiting time for a rental car at Los Angeles airport is quite long, almost an hour and a half. The rental procedures are very simple, but I was required to add the road safety insurance. I booked a standard-sized SUV like the Grand Cherokee, but they only had a Chevrolet of the same class, which has smaller space and less power. This was noticeable as soon as I hit the highway. Additionally, on the seventh day of usage, the air conditioning stopped working without any warning. Since I had to return the car in two days, I didn't bother to exchange it. I advise that renting a Japanese car might be more reliable.

I originally booked a Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a much lower-end Chevrolet EQUINOX, and there was no option to choose.

The woman who served me at the airport was so lovely! Very helpful and quick service. Great car and easy hiring process.
