カムリクラスだったのにクラウンにグレードアップ！

The condition of the car this time was not very good. Because a nail punctured the tire, I had to go to a tire shop to replace it. The staff there said all the tires on this car were worn out, which is really bad! Additionally, the mileage on this car is very high. When starting the engine, the noise is very loud, as if it hasn’t been used in a long time! Moreover, the fuel tank was not full, and when returning the car, how am I supposed to refill it to match the original level?

The staff were very friendly, especially the lady at the drop-off was extremely warm.

The attitude was acceptable, but they didn’t provide the car model I needed and even asked for an upgrade fee. I was too lazy to argue, otherwise, I would have pushed back. I won't use them again in the future.

Unfortunately, we had a rather terrible experience. We got a nail in our tire, and for three girls we were stranded on the side of the road. We called the 24 hour road assistance, as we had bought the extra insurance. They said they were coming, but no one turned up. Eventually after 6 hours of no one coming, we called a friend who picked us up, and let us stay with them for the night. in the morning, i called again and the issue was sorted. it was a frightening experience, and I am only glad it wasn't dark when this happened. We also lost a complete day in Taohe, and our money on the hotel.
