CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET IN ONTARIO

Unfortunately, we had a rather terrible experience. We got a nail in our tire, and for three girls we were stranded on the side of the road. We called the 24 hour road assistance, as we had bought the extra insurance. They said they were coming, but no one turned up. Eventually after 6 hours of no one coming, we called a friend who picked us up, and let us stay with them for the night. in the morning, i called again and the issue was sorted. it was a frightening experience, and I am only glad it wasn't dark when this happened. We also lost a complete day in Taohe, and our money on the hotel.

I've used 3-4 car rental companies recently, and this one feels great. The car is new, the service is patient, and they provide helpful suggestions. DOLLAR is also good, but the worst company is FOX.

I've used most of the car rental companies in the U.S., and I've chosen Budget the most because it's cheap and the service is good.

Mediocre service with no extra perks. Changed drop-off from LAX to downtown Los Angeles, which incurred extra charges. The customer service said they could drop me off at home (less than 4 miles away) after returning the car, but the store said they don’t offer that service. I had to find my own way home.

I forgot to take the garage remote when returning the car. After 20 minutes, I went back, and the Budget staff had already taken it to the customer service desk. If you've just left, it's worth going back to check. Calling lost & found and listening to automated prompts can be frustrating!

Great service, got a flat tire, and the store quickly provided a replacement.

Picked up the car on Saturday afternoon, no need to wait in line.
