It is a bit far from the airport. They use another company's shuttle bus to pick up and drop off customers. The shuttle is a brown minibus with a logo resembling a small squirrel. The car models they lend are relatively old, and most of the cars on the road in Australia are Japanese brands. The service terms are explained fairly clearly.

The car was quite scratched and smelt of cigarette smoke , I have also been charged twice and not sure why?It is also almost 4 days since I returned the car and still have not got my $250 deposit back, the staff failed to tell me I could use my TOLL account from NSW to pay tolls in VIC but instead made me buy a $17 toll credit

Smooth process. Short wait for the pick up at Cairns airport and 10 minutes to the rental base in the city centre. Helpful, quick check in and car immediately outside. What’s not to love!

Like: Pick up and drop off from airport
Dislike: Only wanted a small vehicle but as it was not available got a larger vehicle. Where the ‘upgrade’ was nice we wanted fuel efficiency. The vehicle we were supplied had some mechanical noises that were a bit disconcerting. But to be fair, it didn’t let us down and fuel was ok.
