ACE offers a pick-up and drop-off service to our Perth airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Perth airport domestic & Perth airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily.If you miss the final shuttle bus, please take a taxi/uber to the branch. After collecting your luggage Call 1800 620 408 (+61 8 9479 5016) to arrange a collection. T1 Virgin – Exit outside the main door and wait by the T1 domestic sign. T1 International – Exit outside the main door and wait at bus stand L T2 Tiger Airways - Head outside and wait by stand A T3 and T4 - Head outside and go to the centre lane where the Rideshare sign is. Please wait for the courtesy Ace shuttle. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. No after-hours arrangements can be made at ACE Perth.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

The car isn't available at the airport - you have to get a shuttle, for which I waited over an hour. After I was picked up, the van immediately turned back to the airport to get another customer, at which point we got stuck in the carpark because the driver didn't have any way to pay the fee. The phone staff were terribly rude, no apologies were given, and I got the impression that if I hadn't called the second time I would never have been picked up, even though they knew I was waiting. For comparison, I saw the nobirds van drive past three times while I was waiting for ACE. Not including the time going back and getting stuck.

I was provided with a Nissan Qashqai and had trouble with the car not recognising the key multiple times a day for the whole ten day period. When I mentioned it on return the staff member just siad "oh yeah we have that trouble with the Nissans all the time". Well they could have told us about it on pick up. Also the lady on reception was rude when I explained that my partner didnt want to drive the vehicle.

The car was in good condition and the trunk was large enough to fit two 28-inch, two 26-inch, and one 20-inch suitcase, totaling five pieces of luggage. The store is a bit far from Perth Airport; you need to contact a shuttle, which took some effort. Fortunately, I met an employee from another rental company who helped me call for a shuttle. The shuttle service was great, the vehicle was spacious, and after returning the car, they kindly took us back to the airport. Big thumbs up to the driver (definitely over 70 years old).
