Hertz over booked. There were three of us there for one pickup truck. Needless to say, I didn’t get that truck. The one that arrived late got it because they called to make sure it was there. Thought that was what a reservation is for. Didn’t get a truck until two hours later. Missed a deadline and will have to rent another truck to finish my project at a later time. Was not happy with the experience. It is definitely going to cost me a bit of money.

this was my first experience with Hertz and I have to say I was very impressed with their customer service. Going forward hertz will be my first preference for car rental.
Like: Enjoyed the experience so much I thought about filling in a job application to deliver cars to agency from airport!
The employees were all friendly. Out in the garage and in the office.
