Driving Through the Scottish Highlands

They said they would refund my deposit within 5 days, but not only did they not refund it, I was inexplicably charged 100 pounds in two installments—first 65 pounds and then 35 pounds today. They didn't even tell me why or what fines these were for.

The staff did not thoroughly inspect the car during pickup. We paid extra to upgrade the car and were misled to add the wrong fuel, resulting in two tows and a 10-hour wait on the highway. Compared to our previous experience with Enterprise, it was really poor. If you plan to rent from them, think twice. We were charged over 6000 RMB for car damage. The full insurance we bought from Zuzuche included roadside assistance, but later Zuzuche refused to cover it. It's so infuriating that they want to brush us off with 200 RMB. We will definitely complain to the consumer hotline about Zuzuche's deceitful practices. Anyone else who encounters this should also stand up and not compromise. Be especially cautious if you're considering their full insurance—it doesn't cover roadside assistance, which is very expensive abroad. So what's the point of buying it?
