Easy booking process. The address of where to pick up the car was not on the follow up emails, just said Leeds downtown. The lady who did the collection and drop off was fabulous. Friendly, positive and really helpful. Before my collection she dealt with an aggressive and awkward customer very professionally and gave a great impression of the company. She is a real asset.

Great car. Better than expected. Helpful staff. The only problem was wrong information on where the pick up point was. Stated "In terminal" Not. It was near the long stay car park 15 minutes walk down the road in the cold weather.

It's a small company, so they don't have a lot of staff. However, the pickup process was quick and they didn't check many documents. They just handed me the keys and I found the car myself. The car was relatively new but seemed to be an older model.

Car adequate Serivice good Car NOT provide with full tank. Actually Empty Shortage of gas locally meant a stressful 45 mins after pick up looking for a gas station. This was not acceptable after a transatlantic flight with 5 tired people
