The service attitude and quality were good. The return route instructions need improvement as non-locals can't understand them. The car was in good condition, but it was provided to us with some body damage that wasn't repaired, which was not appropriate.
The service level at the store is acceptable. Although it's not particularly friendly, it is at least professional and reliable.
