I'm not sure how to rate them. They were responsible yet not responsible at the same time. The rental process was smooth, but there was a small issue when returning the car. The staff inspected the car very thoroughly. Next time, we will also inspect the car thoroughly or take photos as evidence!
The pickup and drop-off services were excellent, and the car handover was quick and convenient. The vehicle inspection was also thorough.
