Picking up and dropping off the car were very smooth.

It was okay. Remember to check all equipment after picking up the car. I didn't expect the car key to be unresponsive; it might be running out of battery or something. It took us about 20-30 minutes each time just to open the car door, which was really frustrating and a waste of time. We asked the platform for help, but they couldn't reach anyone after trying all day. The car we got was also pretty damaged. We chose a Corolla thinking it would be easy to operate and less likely to have issues.

Unable to contact local authorities in Turkey, no proof of insurance provided after reporting a vehicle move, I had to pay for repairs despite having insurance.
