Working hour Pick up instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm): Christchurch International & Domestic Terminal 1. Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0064 3420 2878). 2. Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures) 3. Please wait at courtesy shuttle area which is outside Door 2. And wait for the shuttle vans and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Drop-off Instructions

Working hour Drop-off instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm): Working hour return address: 152 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch 8053. Dropping off your rental car at our Christchurch Airport branch is super simple, the key things to remember are: 1. Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling charge (NZD$25). The nearest gas station to our Christchurch Airport branch is the Mobil station on 75 Orchard Road 2. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.

Pretty amateur operation, we got picked up from the airport on the kids school run!! The premises of YES were a bit dodgy, we wondered what we had got ourselves into. This seems like a part time operation. There were poor directions on where to be picked up at the airport. Then we were driven to an office park where the paperwork was filled in by hand. Turns out the pick up car was our rental car. Windows were very dirty. Otherwise car performed well. Drop off information was incomplete and we dropped off car an airport parking lot.

The car we were given was an old model it was in poor condition, scratched on the outside a chip in the drivers side windscreen, high mileage and it felt unsafe to drive. After 1 day we took it back and hired another car from a different company.

When the staff came to pick us up, they informed us that the car we had booked was not available and offered us a Hyundai SUV instead. Later, we found out that the car we initially booked had serious safety issues and was nearly written off after an accident! I think the staff should have informed us earlier. However, after communicating and negotiating through QEEQ, our issue was eventually resolved. They were quite good at solving problems.

The windshield washer fluid was empty, and no water could be sprayed out. However, during the car inspection, the staff did not honestly mention this. It wasn't until it rained after driving out that this issue was discovered. This is an integrity issue.

After a minor collision in Queenstown, the rental company deliberately did not mention any charges for four days. When returning the car, they suddenly demanded a fee; otherwise, they wouldn't let me go! If I wasn't rushing to catch a flight, I would have called the police or sought consular assistance! This rental company is malicious, deceptive, and unethical! Be very careful! Don't be tempted by their low prices, as it will cost you more in the end!
