The rental price was displayed as 314 euros during booking, but the actual charge was 415 euros. An additional driver cost 70 euros more. Why wasn't this information provided earlier? And what is the extra 30 euros for? It feels like they may have overcharged us.

Very good, the car was new and the entire trip went smoothly. The only issue was that I had to wait at the rental counter in Frankfurt airport, and the process was a bit slow.

The reserved Golf was not available, so I was given a diesel Nissan Juke. The car was in good condition, had good handling, and was fuel-efficient. Avis's car pick-up and drop-off at the airport were quite convenient, and their service attitude was decent, though the wait time when picking up the car was a bit long.
