If the terminal counter is closed, take the shuttle bus to the facility on Belvedere Rd for assistance. (The shuttle drivers are schedule 4AM till 1AM, but they stay until the last flight arrives). If the shuttle doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, call from the courtesy phone at the terminal counter. CARS: Located at our facility at the corner of Belvedere Rd & Florida Mango Rd, just north of the airport. (Approx. a 4 minute ride via our shuttle bus.) RETURNS: Follow signs for car rental return. Cars are returned to 2005 Belvedere Rd but customers should use the Florida Mango Rd entrance since it is open 24 hours. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

After picking up your luggage at the baggage claim area, please proceed to the doors leading outside that are next to the car rental counters. Once outside proceed to the center island where the car rental shuttle will arrive. Buses run every 10 minutes. Once the Hertz shuttle bus arrives it will take approximately 5 minutes to the facility located off airport. Once you arrive at the Hertz office, you will proceed either directly to your stall (if you have confirmation email), to the Gold board area (if gold member), or to the main office to process your reservation if non-gold member.

Car was good. I only had a problem with Hertz as I had a late flight and called them directly as I am a member and asked if I could just go straight to my car. When I called and said I was a member, they asked for my membership number and then they proceeded to cancel my original reservation and rebook it and a much higher rate without telling me. Why? Who knows. This caused confusion at pick up to say the least. I took the car and decided to sort it out later. QEEQ took care of this for me after I called them and explained what had happened.

The night manager was very kind to upgrade our vehicle to a nicer car. However, because of the late hour of pickup no one walked the car to check for exiting damage, which there was on the front driver side of the car. I called to report the damage to corporate and even had to take the car back to the pickup location because no one would answer the phone at the lot. Upon drop off the Hertz Rep acknowledged that the damage was preexisting and note it accordingly on her held held device.

The counter staff was excellent, but having to take a shuttle from the airport to pick up the car. I specifically look for on-site rentals to save time. It was difficult to find the shuttle location since the airport counter was closed then we hade to take another company’s shuttle to pick up the car.

The suv I was given was not the one I rented I was suppose to get a gmc Tahoe and got a Nissan Armada which was Ent large enough for the cargo and people we had so we ended up having to use our own car as well as the rental not happy
