Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. The customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived at the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to Floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator. They will have to go to the rent-a-car area and they will find our office there. The Walk-in Customers have to go to the rental car park, next to the public car park located on Level 0, the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our branch is situated.

Long wait times, semi-self-service car pickup took a lot of time. The car had many exterior scratches, and I had to report them in advance. Waited in line for nearly an hour. The car was covered in scratches, and I had to send an email to the member center to report them. The pickup process was very poor.

I had already purchased additional insurance from a domestic insurance company on the ZuZuCar website, but even after clearly stating that I did not need additional insurance when picking up the car, the rental company still charged me 95.65 Euros for additional insurance from the credit card pre-authorization. Since I lost the contract and driver's license in the car when returning it, it's unlikely I can reclaim the charges. It's really disappointing that Avis, as a well-known international car rental company, resorts to defrauding customers for illicit gain.

Avis attempted to push me to pay more by refusing me the car I booked. No BMW3, no Audi 3/4 no mercedes C. Only options take a BMW7 series and Audi 8 or a criterion. Either that or take an opel model which lower than what I booked. This is a flagrant attempt to force me to take a higher cost model.

The car was fine, it was a VW T-Cross instead of the Audi Q2 I was expecting. It was pretty scuffed up on the exterior, but this was already confirmed by them. The engine was pretty underpowered for the hilly roads in Marbella however. They made an error on calculating my mileage for when I returned the car, which came out to 15 thousand kilometers driven in 5 days! So they sent me an invoice for over 6300 euros in excess kilometers. Obviously I contacted their customer support to dispute this and fix the error but I did not hear back from them for 2 days. I then contacted them by telephone at which points they informed me that the error was already corrected. That was a relief to hear, but then why was I not informed of this correction via email? They will also try to upsell you their insurance package even when you have already purchased full insurance via Qeeq, claiming that only their own insurance is adequate, and if you do not choose it they will pre-charge 1400 euros from your credit card as a security deposit. Pretty ridiculous, but Goldcar is not the only one to do this.

The shuttle buses are insufficient. I waited for over 40 minutes at the airport before their shuttle finally arrived. Other company's shuttles came by frequently, but not theirs. When I tried calling, there was no direct line, only automated voice menus, and I couldn't get through after being transferred multiple times.
When returning the car, even though I had already purchased their full coverage, they still inspected the car very thoroughly. To my surprise, they even demanded a fuel receipt! The tank was full—were they worried I filled it with diesel?!

This car rental company has a high rating on Zuzuche, but it was really hard to locate. The staff were very unprofessional, and the car they provided was old and in poor condition. Since we just needed it for basic transportation, we accepted it. However, they charged us a deposit of 2,000 euros. When we returned the car, there were no issues during the inspection, but the next day they charged me over 3,000 euros for repairs without providing any photos. I think this is a fraudulent company. I strongly recommend choosing a well-known brand rental company. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation in my global car rental experiences.

Very satisfied. Upon arrival at the airport, I called, and the lady quickly came to pick me up. During the car rental process, she only asked once if I had bought insurance. When I said yes, she didn't ask further. The car handover was quick, and they gave me a vehicle that had only been driven a little over 1,000 kilometers.

The car return inspection was very frustrating. Instead of a pre-authorization, they directly charged 1150 euros at the time of pickup. When I picked up the car, if I hadn't actively asked for an inspection, the rental staff would have just let me drive it away. The car was very clean, and I only took photos of the visible scratches without looking too closely. Returning the car was a terrible experience—using a flashlight for inspection?! Why didn't they use a flashlight during the pickup inspection? And charging 1150 euros directly on the credit card instead of a pre-authorization? This was the first time I encountered such a situation.

Alamo staff were extremely helpful. We had missed our flights and had to get to a different airport. Alamo upgraded our car to their top range. When we got to our destination we had a vehicle booked with another rental company who had given our vehicle away and charged a cancellation fee. It was good overall. Had to queue for about ten minutes before picking up the car, during which they briefly pitched some extra services. When returning the car, they barely checked its exterior condition. It's true that only Visa or Mastercard chip cards are acceptable; I ended up using a UK debit card to collect the car. The wait time for picking up the car was very long (more than an hour in line). The staff lacked patience and demonstrated poor service attitude. The car provided was old and had over 83,000 kilometers on it. When the car broke down, Rent-A-Car customer service said the car was new, which was incorrect. After driving about 30 kilometers and parking, the battery wouldn't charge and the car wouldn't start. It broke down in the parking lot. I called the car rental company, and it took more than 2 hours for the rescue vehicle to arrive. I requested a replacement vehicle, and they provided a car with significant damage to the right rear door. There were better-conditioned cars available in the parking lot, but they chose to give me the damaged one as a replacement. This impacted my travel plans, and the rental company did not offer any compensation or a satisfactory replacement. This rental experience was very poor!

Although we were reserved a Seat Leon they provided us with a Seat Arona which wasn't as good. The car itself was fine. Interrent, owned by GoldCar owned by Europcar. I always find that when you book with Interrent rather than Goldcar you get a superior car or at least one with better spec. Engañan a todo el mundo y yo devolví el coche 3 hs antes, con el tanque lleno y en perfectas condiciones. Interrent pressured me into paying 299 Euro insurance after informing me the 1400 Euro would be taken even if there was the slightest scratch on the car when it was returned. Fuel deposit of 110 Euro was excessive. Dd not receive Qashqai but a larger Peugeot. They would not inspect car on return to verify I had refilled. Would never use again, totally felt ripped off.

ACE turned out to be Gold Car rentals which I have used before and had terrible service from obnoxious staff. The service was not much better this time. The car was in an awful state, scratched and dented, the wing mirror hanging off, and dried vomit on the rear seat.

The operator at rental desk charge us for more than 100€ first without saying anything at all. Then we claim that there is no hidden cost which we should pay and then they start talking about insurance! Very tricky

I order Audi A3. I was expected sedan. They provide not sedan, not Audi, just some other car and hatchback. NO space for a baggage. I requested another car, sedan. They gave again hatchback. No space. 5 people of us. They sad that Audi A3 is hatchback too. Finally we choose small SUV with manual transmission instead of paid automatic for the same money. The engine was so weak, it was a terrible driving, especially to the hill. It was a terrible experience for drop - off. They trying to put on me the existing scratches. They didn't report them anywhere when I pick up the car. They didn't check the car before giving to me.

We looked for Rhodium and Easyrentcars but couldn't see them. We had to ask at another desk who pointed us to 'Gold'. Not sure which company we used, or which was responsible for what. The booking form promised a VW Transporter (ie an empty van) but the rental desk said could either have a choice of minibuses. As the seats folded down, this was ok. Because of the size of the vehicle, the man said it would be ok to return to Level 0, so as not to bother driving round the sharp bends to Level -2. However, the lady at the returns office said no, they needed it returned to level -2. Apart from that, all was good.

The pick up was very difficult as I had received no map or directions and I didn’t know there was a shuttle bus. I used a taxi, who also struggled to find ‘Amigo Autos’ as it was inside a car rental building called OK Car Rentals (confusing).

Like: I had booked Ford Kuga Intermediate SUV from EasyRentcars website. The rental company was Autoclick for 7 days rental for about total of 71 euros. I paid additional to the hire company for emergency roadside assistance and additional fees for taking the car to Gibraltar; however that was a waste as we went to Gibraltar by foot and used their public transport. The excess insurance was taken separately from other website. On arrival at Malaga airport, we had a bit of difficulty in finding the coach stop to board the Autoclick Shuttle. But from there on it was all as expected. The car offered to us was near new Ford Kuga 2.0 titanium. Inbuilt GPS and Bluetooth integration. The best in its class..! The car was spotless inside and out. The deal was a no hassle full to full tank. On return of the car - it was again very quick and very professional. Overall we had a very good trip and thanks to both EasyRentcars and Autoclick for such a wonderful experience.
