The worst car rental experience ever. The service was terrible. I'm already back in my country, and my card is still being charged for unknown reasons. I returned the car with a full tank of gas.
The car has been driven around 30,000 kilometers, but it still looks very new. The service was good and I am relatively satisfied. After returning the car, I was charged 21.45 yuan, but I don't know why. The rental company didn't explain this, which is not very good.
Initially, I was told the original car had an accident and was replaced with a smaller car, but they agreed to switch back to the original X-Trail after two days. Everything went as planned without any delays.
Car was good, small air leak in the rear left but wasn’t an issue and I let the hirer know about it.
