CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ROUTES IN VANCOUVER

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

Routes set me up with a beautiful Jeep Wrangler to explore the city of Vancouver with for a few days. Could not ask for a more stylish vehicle and the service was great.

Booking this was easy, and I was grateful to have this vehicle secured at such a reasonable price.

Poor service, the counter staff were impolite, and it was difficult to contact the car rental company even through the platform.

It took a long time to pick up the car, but the return process was very quick.

Normally great, but unfortunately their shuttle driver was not available when I dropped off the vehicle, so I had to take a taxi to the airport
