Fairly satisfied, but the insurance cost is quite high

Though a bit slow, the staff explained everything in detail. The car was new and we even got a free upgrade.

1. Charged an extra 50 euros for overtime due to flight delay, which is very excessive. It was about 1 hour. 2. Overcharged. 3. Deliberately did not provide the reserved model, claiming the order was too cheap.

I booked an automatic, but when I arrived at the store, they only had manual cars available. I waited half an hour for the car and still only got a manual.

Picking up and returning the car was very simple and quick. No upselling of insurance, very good!

An unpleasant experience when I return the car and suddenly discover damage in the car that I did not do, in addition to the vehicle was in the first place with damage and probably did not check it properly. I had to get a Volvo and got a jeep. What is the connection? Do not know.

All needed information provided. No quick and easy drop-off.

The car had more scratches than reported, but after taking photos of them all and going back to the counter, the counter lady marked them at the spots I pointed on the paper without hesitation and always with a smile. Returning the car was a little bit interesting as a guy just walked up to me and took the car key, so I asked him to show me his ID and later on asked him to let me photograph that as well. I've yet to get the card hold back; hope the guy was not a smart thief :)

Initially, I had doubts: a company far-far away, not always accurate and precise info on the site or from the online staff, but ultimately everything got cleared up and I had no issues. Of course, things could have been much different if I scratched the car or had an accident, but fortunately, that was not the case.

Overall service was quite good, and the communication was very patient.

Pretty good, the procedures were very fast.

The staff of Hertz at TGL airport were very helpful and considering. They even gave a higher level car when they noticed my renting duration which was very thoughtful. Pickup was very easy, Drop off was also perfect. The one thing which could be better was that Hertz drop off location in the parking was not very clear.

The Easyrentcars was very useful to find the perfect service and it worked easily. Will definitely use the service again

Car with foreign plate no. and a lot of damages. Some of the damages were not recorded before I picked up the car.

No queues for picking up or dropping off the car, which is very good. The service attitude is also nice.

Informed that the rented model couldn’t be returned in Italy, had to change the car last minute

was given a giant car, instead of the tiny one I rented. then we made a mistake on the way back, and were just over an hour late, for which we paid something like 50 euros, double the price of our rental.
