Counter staff were professional and helpful. Brand new car, nice and clean, with a very high spec included. Pick up and drop off quick and easy. Very good price for the rental. Would definitely recommend.

I prefer renting a car in Germany because the vehicles are in good condition, the service is excellent, there's a high chance of getting an upgrade, and they don't have hidden charges. We originally booked a standard manual, but at the pickup location, we got a diesel manual station wagon. Since we planned to drive for several days, we asked if there was an automatic version available. The staff checked and offered a new C-class gasoline automatic with navigation, which had only been registered for a month. We were very happy! The navigation worked great, and we barely used Google Maps. When returning the car, we were a bit concerned because it was late and no staff was around, so we parked in the designated area and went to the office the next day to return the keys. We were told to just drop the keys in the drop-off box in the parking garage. In all of Europe, renting a car in Germany is the best choice.

The rental and return process went smoothly without any issues.

Could not contact AVIS. Had trouble finding someone for both pick-up and drop-off. Found the car by checking license plates in the parking lot. When returning the car, there was no staff to be found, had to ask around... After returning the car, tried to contact them to get the deposit back but couldn't reach anyone. Calls went unanswered and no response to emails until now.

Everything is standard. German company with regulated service.

Picking up the car was convenient, but we got a Nissan instead of the booked Mercedes. The Munich airport branch was hard to find; the GPS was not accurate. We nearly missed our flight while trying to get the correct coordinates with someone's help.

The car was larger than expected/ordered. 7 places for 3 people. The downside is a little more fuel consumption, but still pretty OK.

Первый раз арендую машину в авиас. Менеджер отнёсся с подозрением, проверил мой телефонный номер и позвонил на него. Возможно из-за этого и не дал запрашиваемую машину. Заказывал машину премиум класса, получил машину на уровень меньше, с меньшим пространством для пассажиров (vw tiguan) Менеджер утверждал , что других машин нет. Только после ссоры он мне выдал skoda superb, где хотя бы много пространства .

Extra charges. Total was 288 euros, they charged me an additional 281 euros, almost double. Even if Avis cars are cheaper, I won't rent from them again.

We booked a car through Zuzuche for five days and fully paid in advance to Zuzuche, but Zuzuche didn't transfer the payment to the car rental company. We were supposed to pick up the car at noon on October 3rd, but due to a train delay, a friend called to inform us that it was a National Day holiday in Germany and the car rental company hadn't received any payment or deposit. Therefore, they wouldn't hold the car for us. We rushed to the car rental company around 2 PM, but it was closed, and we couldn't pick up the car. The next day, there were no cars available either, so we ended up paying but never received the car! Meanwhile, Zuzuche kept making excuses and refused to refund our rental fee. We recorded a video on-site, and the AVIS staff confirmed they hadn't received any money and that we could get our money back if we didn't get the car under any circumstances. Despite this, Zuzuche continued to make excuses. So, be very cautious when renting through Zuzuche!!! Be careful of paying and not getting a car, as they don't prioritize customer interests at all. Unethical company!

We arrived around 2 PM, but the office was closed, and we couldn't pick up the car. The next day, there were no cars available either, so we ended up paying for a car we never received. Zuzuche kept trying to avoid refunding our money, but we recorded a video at the scene where an AVIS employee confirmed they hadn't received any money and that under the circumstances, we were entitled to get our money back. Despite this, Zuzuche continued to evade responsibility. Be very cautious when renting through Zuzuche!!! They might take your money and fail to provide the car while not caring about customers' interests at all. A dishonest company!

Great location, easy to find. The originally reserved BMW 7 Series was unavailable, so they switched us to a Mercedes S450, which is essentially the same class. It’s elegant on the highways and can be wild at times, thanks to the excellent performance and driving environment.

They only mentioned that returning the car without a full tank of fuel would incur charges equivalent to fueling at a gas station, deliberately hiding the fact that there were nearly ten times the fuel price in additional labor fees and other charges! Moreover, the contract had an additional clause stating 'Pre-purchase a tank of fuel upon pickup, allowing the customer to return the car with an empty tank; if the customer refuels before returning, the car rental company will not refund the difference.' This was not mentioned or introduced at the time of pickup! As a result, even though I only used one bar of fuel, the bill included a hefty 60 euros charge! The actual vehicle provided did not match the specifications other than being a seven-seater. I never expected such notorious behavior from the well-known Avis, absolutely negative review!

We toured around Germany and loved every city. The German people were very friendly, and the highways had no speed limits. Mostly, you turn right at red lights, overtake from the left, and if you're driving slowly, please stay in the right lane. I drove at 150-160 km/h in the leftmost lane comfortably. Remember to use your turn signals when overtaking and returning to your lane. Overall, you need to strictly follow the rules. This trip had zero accidents and zero violations.

Traveling around Germany, I liked every city, and the people were very friendly. The highways have no speed limit; most right turns were allowed on red lights, overtaking is done on the left, and slower vehicles should stay on the right lane. The same poor service from Zuzuche (QEEQ). Problem resolution is slow and even the deposit takes a day to process. The actual car was a Skoda, not a Mercedes, despite their claims. AVIS pushes unnecessary insurance, leading me to buy two zero-deductible policies. Extra charges are more than half of what other companies charge and they do not provide a way to pay foreign traffic fines. Pathetic.
