Rude counter staff. Was only able to get price for additional young driver at desk not when booking. Told it would be extra 200 Euro. Price for car hire was £104. Extortionate. Will not use again.

Very good, much better than the rental company starting with 'he'.

Took a number and waited... waited until no one was left, the numbers didn’t update. It turned out the original method was to go directly to the counter if you arrived first. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour without knowing this.

Eurocar is genuinely the best car rental company in Europe. While other companies had few customers, there was a line here.

Our car broke down after an hour, we had to get our car towed, and disrupted our whole journey. The person that was suppose to get another replacement for us was not even aware of what has happened, and the whole customer service experience was bad as they will not let us rent another hybrid car. We had to walk to pick up our next car and to the centre, there was no reimbursement AT ALL. As if the car that broke down was our problem.

vehicle was not provided, need to take lower category, on top for expebsive insurance, insteqd of 413eur, they blocked 513eur, because of spending about 2 hours to solve the situation and with small kids I had no choice to accept thia situation..

Instead of upgrading us, as usual, Europcar undergraded us with a Wolswagen Caravelle for the same price !

No need to queue, but despite buying full insurance online, they still asked us to buy one for 15 euros per day. Due to language issues, we didn't argue much, but felt there was a coordination problem.
