The car pickup process was very slow, likely because it's a local small company. We often rent cars from various companies, but returning the car at this company was extremely slow. The car we were given had poor engine performance and no rearview camera. It's the first time we've rented a car without a rearview camera. When we were handed the car, we did a quick inspection of the exterior and drove off. Upon returning the car, they claimed we damaged the sun visor and asked us to pay. We didn't even use the sun visor during our two-day rental, but they insisted we compensate them. Being a small company, you'd better be cautious when renting here.
This is my second time renting from this company, and overall, it was great. The process from pickup to return was quick, and there were no hidden charges.
I barely had to wait when I arrived at the store, the staff were very friendly, and we could use a translation app to communicate when there was a language barrier.
The overall service attitude was quite good, but there were two issues:
1. They try to upsell insurance during pickup, even if it's already included.
2. When returning the car, they intentionally blame the renter for any damages unless there is evidence it existed during pickup, which is very frustrating.
The overall service was excellent. I chose full insurance on the platform, so there was no need to purchase extra insurance in-store. However, it's a bit disappointing that it's rare to get the reserved car model.
Pésimo servicio, ya había contratado los seguros para el vehículo con QEEQ y llegando a mostrador como quiera me forzaron a contratar el de ellos porque si no no podía disponer de la unidad.

Información confusa, cayendo en el abuso...¿porque ofrecer unidades con seguro si al final del día en la arrendadora harán lo que quieran? porque de ellos es el vehículo. termine pagando mucho más por mi renta.
