Terrible service. The car provided was really small and couldn't fit all our luggage. They were very dismissive and said to cancel the order if we didn't like it. Extremely bad experience.
Vehicle was significantly damaged while picking up. Sliding door had been heavily damaged on the lower side along with the front right bumper. We noted this damage and took photos for record. During the return process the rental agent pulled a portion of the bumper out which had previously been damaged and claimed it was not there prior. They argued with us in very condescending tones and proceeded to claim that it would be thousands of pesos to compensate. They made up these false claims and proceeded to charge my credit card for damages that were there previously. Terrible agency and they are complete crooks.
