Low English proficiency. Too much deposit, over 1000 USD. The car became smaller but still acceptable. No need for additional documents or translations.

Service was terrible, took over three hours to get the car.

Car was illegal, should not be on the road. Bald tires, screeching breaks and battery died.

Overall service is fine, it would be better to use Sesame Credit.

They said there were no cars available and gave me an SUV instead, which was much more expensive.

El auto estaba en buenas condiciones y bastante limpio Al revisar la reserva el agente sugirió comprar otro seguro porque el que yo había elegido eera cobertura media y no incluía servicio en el camino y otros detalles, pero no fue muy insistente. Sólo noté un detalle en la conducción que le hice saber al personal al momento de regresar el coche.

El proceso me gustó, pero encuentro difícil encontrar como obtener una factura fiscal por la renta. En caso de que no la pueda emitir por su modelo de negocios, creo que no me convendrá para futuras rentas.

The store and platform information is not synchronized. The store did not receive the payment information from the platform and required a repeat deposit payment. The platform couldn't resolve the issue, and after making the repeat payment it was classified as an insurance fee and not refunded. It's a complete scam, with overall costs far exceeding local store fees!

It's very difficult to get through to MEX on the phone. Except for the airport branch staff, the parking lot attendants don't understand English at all. The pickup location is a bit far from the terminal parking lot, make sure to mark it on Google Maps after the shuttle drops you off, or you won't remember where to return the car. The car was just returned and given to another foreign customer without cleaning. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing that they don't check carefully.

The experience was not good

There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.

Customer service was very poor, and they forced us to buy insurance.

Extremely dissatisfied. I urge everyone not to rent cars from this platform or Mex Rental. It's practically a scam company. Mex forced insurance, and the rental platform shirked responsibility. Truly very dissatisfied!
