Very satisfied, the car pickup was efficient!

Car was in great condition and the staff easy to deal with both at collection and drop off

Big thankyou to helpdesk.. My plane was arriving later than expected, and i thought perhaps the rental counter would be closed , the QEEQ Stuff responded to an urgent call out about seeing if the counter would be open .. they confirm it would be , and it was . thankyou to QEEQ support staff Eric

Overall, the staff had a good attitude, and there was no need to wait in long lines. However, they couldn't explain how to use snow chains when asked.

Like: I loved the car. In good condition, low mileage and drove really well. The service from the guys was really good too. Very friendly and went out of their way to help me when I needed anything.
Dislike: The instructions on the approved email may be a bit hazy on pick up procedures. I didn't realize that I can call upon arrival in the country for a pick up. Minor issue as it was located only 20 min walk!

The store is easy to find.

No car inspection during the return process, which made me feel uneasy

The initial car provided had almost 100,000 km on it. Within two days it had a front-end problem and I noticed it also had two bald tyres. Car was changed over two one that was much better. Counter staff tried hard.

Like: great value for money i feel like i got a great deal and it was all so easy!
Dislike: car smelled funny i was told it was some product they use in the cars it was a very minor issue but thats the only slight negative i could think of
