I strongly advise against renting from this company in Thailand. Consider other companies as they are not located at the airport but in a remote area. The staff were quite casual, making us wait for a pick-up. The car had minor scratches and they used this as an opportunity to exploit customers, changing their attitude very quickly.

Charging a 5000 THB fine for a durian smell in the car is unreasonable. It made me nervous about renting, fearing it might be a trap.

When you pick up the car, everyone understands that the enthusiasm and service are present. The real test comes when you return the car. First, if you are late by more than an hour, they charge you for an entire day, which is ridiculous. Fortunately, I wasn't late. Secondly, they deliberately looked for problems during the return, accusing us of causing old damage to the tires. It's a trick to fool new users who don't know about cars. Moreover, since we rented the car to go to the beach, it's normal to have some sand inside, but they charged me 1000 baht for cleaning. This is as bad as some scams in Sanya. Be cautious when renting.

No need to worry throughout the trip, the customer service reminders were very helpful.

Airport transfers, car pickup, and inspection are very convenient and fast. The car is in good condition and clean.
