Quite pricey for just a basic car, but I guess that's how things go over the Xmas season!
Overall, the service was great though. The car was nearly brand new and ran well - exactly what I needed.
Overbooked! Waited an hour but no car! Terrible company. Charged extra fees! Claimed late return without any delay. Directly deducted fees! Found out after checking my credit card!
The rental company had poor service. I left sunglasses worth nearly ten thousand yuan in the car when returning it. Half an hour later, when I went back to retrieve them, the company claimed there were no items left in the car! There also seemed to be clear discrimination against Chinese people.
Discussion to try easy rental again after 2yrs was a positive one , As last car that was rented. there was no car on pickup and money was not refunded as 24hrs notice was no given for cancellation (Hard to give notice when are standing at counter asking for the keys for a car that wasn’t there
