Overbooked! Waited an hour but no car! Terrible company. Charged extra fees! Claimed late return without any delay. Directly deducted fees! Found out after checking my credit card!
Arrived at the return location at 5:57 PM and there was no one there. Had to lift the parking barrier myself. Called them but no one answered. Fortunately, another renter told us to leave the keys in the drop box.
They blamed me for past car damage. When I rented the car, I pointed out the scratches, and the staff told me minor scratches didn't matter. In the end, they charged me 3300 AUD when I returned the car home. This company is a scam. I will never rent from them again. Their integrity is terrible.
Counterstaff gets the job done, which is good, but not so friendly.
