We arrived at the airport in the evening and found the car had issues. When we returned to the service desk to exchange the car, they said there were no cars of the same level available and asked us to come back the next day. We disagreed and after some negotiation, they finally gave us a replacement, which was quite good.
The vehicle was not fit for rental, for the whole 500 mile journey the air bag alarm kept going off, very worrying when you past 2 fatal accidents. I reported this to Alamo / enterprise, but I’ve heard nothing back from them, which I find exceptionally bad.
