No fue posible recuperarla en el momento
Álamo se niega a contestar al teléfono por lo visto también a qeeq y tampoco contestan a las mails
Hay ido de persona mi hermano y también otro familiar pero dicen que no han encontrado nada, cuando yo tengo foto De la cartera en el coche

Se ha activado en cuanto reporté el acontecimiento pero no ha conseguido nada
The attitude was very poor. They did not have the automatic car we reserved, only a manual one. I booked the car six months in advance. They were unapologetic about the lack of cars. We waited for three hours, and they still couldn't confirm if a car was available. Very disappointing.

About Alamo:7.0/10
The car was pretty old and knackered, and parked on the top floor of a multi-storey car park with limited lift access, so we had to carry heavy suitcases up the last few steps. The Alamo staff were friendly but there were some hidden catches (not allowed to take the cars on a ferry, for example). Drop-off very quick but I haven’t received any sort of receipt from them.
Not enough counter staff and had to wait too long.
