The staff added various insurances for 500 CAD without asking me, and also charged 128 CAD for a full tank of gas, totaling over 620 CAD. Due to the rush and language barrier during pickup, I didn't notice this problem until I returned to the hotel. I immediately went back to the airport counter to negotiate and managed to cancel the additional insurance. The fuel cost was also adjusted to 100 CAD.
