The service was pretty good, but finding the pickup and drop-off locations was a bit challenging.

The rental guy was quite helpful.

Even though I returned the car with a full tank, Budget's inspector checked and recorded the mileage and fuel gauge as Full. However, once back home, I received a charge of $52.02. Upon contacting the car rental service, I found out it was a fuel fee, claiming the tank wasn't full. On May 9th, I sent them photographs of Budget's records and the fuel gauge at the time of return. Ten days have passed, and there's still no resolution. The rental company said they are waiting for a response from Budget, and I should be patient. I checked reviews for Budget at the Boston airport on Google Maps, and they were quite low. Think twice before renting a car, folks.

There was a long discussion with the company regarding insurance issues, unclear if it was a website or rental company problem.

The car was new, and the luggage space was larger than expected.

Very easy to book; also the platform automatically rebooked to save me around 50 dollars, which was really amazing.
