Roanoke Airport is small, and there was only one staff member at the car rental company, but the efficiency was good. Since I bought full insurance from QEEQ, there was no upselling. I completed the rental procedures, received the car key, and went directly to the parking lot to pick up the car. No one checked the rental form or my driver's license, I just drove off.
They charge me toll package .that i avoid all my trips
And charge me pre paid fuel ,I drop off the car with full gas .
That i am remember i not a agree for
If i paid for something why I am not use it and why i drop off the car with full
They provide letter i am not sigh in it .
I am all the time rent cars without two services
It is last time with budget
They should not have tried to sell me the insurance I already had.
